Mr. Pires is the president of Highland Port Development. It is his vision and perseverance that sets Highland Port Development apart from others in the industry and leads the team towards growth and development.

Mrs. Pires is the Chief Executive Officer of Highland Port Development and handles all of the daily book and record keeping of the company. She oversees and works closely with both management and internal teams to allow the day-to-day operations of Highland Port Development to continue as focused. Mrs. Pires is also responsible for all human resource functions such as hiring and benefits administration.

Mr. Cadima is well versed in many aspects of the construction industry. Mr. Cadima's professional experience includes construction management, estimating, budget control, scheduling and material testing. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Cadima holds a bachelor's degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology with an emphasis in Construction Management and Civil Engineering.

Mr. Faustino and Mr. Osinowo oversee the projects to ensure that the final product is completed on time and within budget. They manage and direct all subcontractors, delivery of materials and supplies, and site safety by complying with OSHA guidelines. Mr. Faustino attended Rutgers University and Mr. Osinowo graduated from NJIT with a degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.

OSHA 30-Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training course was completed by Highland Port Development Corporation Field Management and the following Certificates were obtained:
