Colleen Pires, Operations Officer
Mrs. Pires started with Highland Port Development Corporation in 1999. Throughout the years, she has worked closely with Mr. Pires in order to develop and grow the company to where it is today.
She oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of Highland Port Development, implements policy and procedure, handles human resources
& benefits administration and works one-on-one with each sector of the company.
Jack Pires, President
Mr. Pires is the Founder and President of Highland Port Development Corporation. Within his scope of experience in Residential/ Commercial Construction, Project Management, and Real Estate Development, Mr. Pires and his team have also produced some award winning residential, commercial, and mixed use projects.
Mr. Pires' professional career extends beyond construction. As an entrepreneur his portfolio of experience includes ownership and
management of vast Real Estate Properties and Restaurant Development. Prior to founding Highland Port Development Corporation, Mr. Pires was the President of 1000 member
Credit Union. Mr. Pires began his career in the Finance and Mortgage Banking industry as a multimillion-dollar producer.
Americo Seabra
Mr. Seabra is an owner of Highland Port Development as well as an entrepreneur and businessman with over 30 years experience in
various enterprises. Mr. Seabra supports Mr. Pires in his responsibilities to ensure the successful growth of the company.
Diogo Cadima, Construction Manager & Estimator
Mr. Cadima is well versed in many aspects of the construction industry. Mr. Cadima's professional experience includes construction
management, estimating, budget control, scheduling and material testing. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Cadima holds
a bachelors degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology with emphasis in Construction Management and Civil Engineering.
Robert Silva, Development & Finance
Mr. Silva’s primary function with Highland Port Development Corporation is to assist clients during the pre-construction phase. Mr. Silva’s knowledge of
environmental compliance, site feasibility and project management also allows him to lead the Highland Port Development Corporation team in acquiring and developing
diverse projects. Mr. Silva is a graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.
